Tan Geok Ser

Tan Geok Ser graduated from the University of Singapore in 1979, and was called to the Singapore Bar in January 1980. He began as a litigation lawyer with KS Chung & Co, and later in the year joined the Singapore Office of Freshfields, practicing in Banking and Corporate law. After 3 years in Freshfields, he became a partner in 1994 of Arthur Loke & Partners, where he practiced in the areas of Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. He was Arthur Loke & Partner’s Managing Partner from 1986 to 1990, and was the resident partner of the firm’s Hong Kong office in 1989 and 1991-1992.
After leaving Arthur Loke & Partners, Geok Ser was a consultant with various law firms, including Colin Ng & Partners, and was also a corporate consultant to several businesses.
Geok Ser joined Keystone Law Corporation in June 2015. His current areas of practice are Dispute Resolution, Corporate law and Commercial Law.
