Bryan Tan

A graduate of the National University of Singapore (Second Class, Upper Division) and called to the Singapore and English Bars, Bryan Tan has practised in two of Singapore’s largest law firms, Allen & Gledhill and Rajah & Tann, as well as the Hong Kong office of international firm Baker & McKenzie. As a founding member of Rajah & Tann’s leading Technology Practice Group, Bryan led many industry firsts including the first mass e-mail defamation case in the world, Singapore’s first publicised telecoms competition dispute, a pan-Asian co-branded travel portal, the first privately-funded cable landing project in Singapore and the world’s first registrar-level domain name dispute.

Sean Say

A graduate from the National University of Singapore in 1998 with honours, and called to the Singapore bar in 1999, Sean was previously a director of JCO LLC, which was a member of DLA group of international law firms, and subsequently joined M/s Ang & Partners as a partner upon the merger of M/s Ang & Partners with JCO LLC. Presently, he is a director with Keystone law Corporation.

Chan Yee Min

She specializes in conveyancing law and real estate transactions. Before joining Keystone Law Corporation, Yee Min was a director in Drew & Napier LLC. She has represented sellers, purchasers, lenders as well as borrowers including high networth/private bank clients and BVI/Cayman Island companies in their sale, purchase and financing/refinancing of residential, commercial, JTC and other industrial properties. She has also drafted, reviewed and negotiated leases of residential, commercial and industrial properties and advised on other ancillary landlord and tenant matters.

Tan Cheow Hung

After spending 4 years as a sole-practitioner heading Messrs Tan Cheow Hung & Co, Cheow Hung joined Keystone Law Corporation in April 2007. Before that, he practised in two medium sized law firms where he honed his chosen field of litigation and dispute resolution. Cheow Hung brings to the firm a wealth of experience in varied areas of legal practice, having had conduct of civil litigation matters involving shareholders’ disputes, banking and finance law, insurance law and construction law; as well as defending clients charged with both white collar and blue collar offences.

AP Harry Tan

A professor of business law at Nanyang Business School, Prof Harry Tan has been the Director of Centre for Asia Pacific Technology Law & Policy at Nanyang Business School since its launch in 2003. He was a Fulbright Scholar which was awarded to him in 1999 by the Council of International Exchange of Scholars and the Fulbright Commission in Washington, US..

Tan Jing Poi

dsc_9380_cd_croppedsmA graduate from the National University of Singapore in 1979 and called to the Singapore bar in January 1980, Jing Poi joined Godwin & Co, starting as a shipping lawyer, and then specialised in banking, corporate and property law, representing  offshore, merchant and retail banks, listed companies and SMEs in syndicated loans, ship financing, joint ventures, contracts, conveyancing and commercial matters.  He became a partner of Godwin & Co in 1983. After 5 years in M/s Godwin & Co, he set up the law firm of John & Tan with Mr Daniel John in 1985 and in 2005 became one of the founding members of Lim Ang John & Tan LLC.  He joined Keystone Law Corporation on 1st January 2010.

Lee Heng Eam

dsc_0781_cd_croppedsmHaving graduated with honours (Second Class, Upper Division) from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle (UK) in 2003, Heng Eam was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2005. He practiced as an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia prior to him coming to Singapore in 2007, where he had acted in various litigious matters from civil disputes to defence work, debt recovery to family law, employment to land disputes as well as banking law.

Clement joined Keystone Law Corporation as an Associate in July 2010. Clement graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Birmingham and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester. He is called to the Singapore bar.
